I help women get fitter and stronger so you can feel amazing through the perimenopause and beyond.

Perfect for busy schedules, these 30-minute classes are designed exclusively for women to build strength for a toned, sculpted physique.

All classes include a warm up, workout (with core exercises) and a stretch to finish.

Join us and experience a workout that empowers you to feel strong, be strong and conquer your fitness goals, with a community of like-minded, supportive women.

All you need is 30 minutes to get strong

We offer small group training classes so less intimidating, and you will definitely be motivated and feel energised at the end of the class.

If you cannot join in-person, do not worry, we have got you covered! All the classes are available on-line and live so full accountability!

Our timetable includes 6 x 30 minute classes Monday to Thursdays at times that work for you - I'm a mum so totally get it!

  • Monday 6.30AM
  • Tuesday 12.30PM (Lunchtime)
  • Wednesday 6.30AM/7.30PM & 8PM
  • Thursday 9am

Full equipment provided if you join in-person and you’ll only need dumbbells and resistance bands if you join on-line.
